Yes, before you proceed to sign up, kindly ensure your type of business.
Our team will contact you to send the application form and collect the supporting document.

The process taken is for 2 working days after receiving complete documents before 12.00pm on that day.
If the document is received after cut of time, the application will be processed on the next day.
Once your application is successful, you will receive an email for Merchant Portal User Activation.
You need to click the link to verify your email address and activate your user account.

For other marketing materials such as QR standee, stickers and banners, our team will arrange to deliver to you within 1 weeks after successfully on-board as a merchant.

Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) is a fee that will be charged to the merchant for each transaction received through d-Kocek™ QR Code.
Yes, all merchant will be charged according to the percentage of transactions made by user.
But will not charge if the NGO or any place of worship wants to register as a merchant.
Cannot. All the MDR is bare by merchant.
No. MDR will be charge once the transaction is received through d-Kocek™ QR Code.
Merchants can check through the settlement report which will be sent daily at 1.00am via email.
Merchant portal is a portal system that able merchant to view and manage own transaction, branch transaction, and settlement configuration
Here is what merchants can do with the portal:
- Merchant business detail
- Manage TID’s
- Manage transaction
- Manage refund
- Manage disbursement
- Add and manage portal user
- View branch business details
- Monitor branch transaction
- Monitor branch TIDs
- Upon successful registration of merchant account, you will receive an email notification with an activation link. (Activation link is valid for 24 hours. Contact our team if the link is expired.)
- User will be directed to request a One-Time Password (OTP) for activation.
- Upon entering OTP, you will be directed to update your password. Enter preferred new password and confirm by clicking “Submit’’.
- Activation complete, the merchant can log in with a registered email address and password

Yes, merchant can add more user with different role to manage their merchant portal. Refer the table below for the role responsibility.
The daily cut of time is at 23:59 each day
Merchant will receive the settlement report on the next day at 01:00 via email
The disbursement process period to a registered bank account is t+2 working days. The status will be updated to ‘Disburse’ once the process is done.
